Settlement Rules Published

Every market page carries its own settlement terms before you stake, including rain curtailment, retirement, walkovers and dead-heat rules. Nothing is decided after the fact, and the same wording appears on the phone app and in the browser.

Data Providers We Use

Cricket and football pricing comes from Betradar and IMG Arena feeds, with tennis and esports supplied through additional partners. The provider behind each market is visible on the market card itself.

In-Play Latency Testing

We time each live market against the score feed through the day, and any window that drifts past our threshold is suspended automatically until the feed and the price line up again.

Account Security

Sign-in uses device recognition plus a one-time code sent to your registered number, and withdrawal requests are matched against the name on your verified Pakistani ID documents. We ask for a fresh code whenever a new device appears.

Support Hours

The help desk runs every day from morning to late night Pakistan time, staffed by people who follow the fixtures on the board. Chat is the quickest route during live cricket.
